As a United States Marine, an engineer by training, a business leader by practice, and the founder of Arazzo Advising, I build teams and ventures and bring that same sense of responsibility to every engagement. Recent advisory work includes helping an aerospace and defense technology company translate complex technical capabilities into a prioritized commercialization strategy, international growth priorities, an operating model, and a focused 90-day execution plan.
From engineering to operating leadership
My career began with systems troubleshooting and responsibility for people in the Marine Corps. It continued through systems and test engineering, medical-device manufacturing, global supplier relationships, enterprise sourcing, and interim operating leadership. Different contexts taught the same lesson: understand the mission, examine the full system, make the consequential decision explicit, and follow through on the result.
What I take responsibility for
At Arazzo, I work with leaders when the organization needs clarity, experienced judgment, or temporary operating capacity. I use sourcing and supply chain knowledge when those are the right levers, and bring engineering, operating, and financial owners into decisions that cross their boundaries. My measure of stewardship is whether the entrusted operation is stronger and whether its next owner can sustain it.
